We ship via the United States Postal Service.
Shipping costs (up to 4 DVDS in USPS Flat Priority Mail envelope :
U.S. Orders are $5.00 (+ depending on order size)
Canada is $7.00 (+ depending on order size)
Outside the continental U.S. is $10.00 (+ depending on order size)
Recipient is responsible for Customs and any applicable taxes. Please do not ask us to list as a “gift”.

We use PAYPAL for all payments for our products. Paypal servers are SSL and provide a secure environment for your transactions.
All funds must be in U.S. funds, or transferred into U.S. funds. Currently we accept all payments through PayPal. We can accept Paypal Payments, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more listed on the PAYPAL checkout page. Your receipt will be billed as SOPRODUCTIONS.

Return Policy

Exchanges only!  You may exchange physically damaged items for a replacement of the same. We do not offer cash refunds. Damaged or defective videos/DVDs cannot be exchanged for other products, only replaced with the same title.

To exchange an item, please contact us first at contact@extremefanz.com and include the item to be exchanged along with your order / invoice number and a note to what action needs to be taken.  All exchanges will be filled as soon as we receive your damaged product.
